UF Faculty, Staff & Students

UF faculty, staff and students who are interested in receiving the vaccine can schedule a vaccination appointment through One.UF.

Appointments can also be made in advance through the UF Student Health Care Center by calling 352-294-7472.

UF Health Shands Employees

UF Health Shands employees who are interested in receiving the vaccine can either walk up during scheduled vaccination clinics at either UF Health Pharmacy – Medical Plaza or UF Health Pharmacy – Springhill or schedule a vaccination appointment through the UF Health pharmacies. They can also schedule a vaccination through the Florida Department of Health in Alachua County or visit one of their walk-up vaccine clinics.

  • Available to UF Health patients and the general public
  • Please bring a valid form of state-issued identification or passport.
  • Children ages 12-17 must have a parent/legal guardian in attendance with them in order for the child to receive the Pfizer vaccine.

UF Health Pharmacy – Shands Hospital (first floor)

  • Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Providing Pfizer and Moderna vaccines
  • No appointments necessary

UF Health Pharmacy – Medical Plaza (first floor)

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Providing Pfizer and Moderna vaccines
  • No appointments necessary

UF Health Pharmacy – Springhill (First Floor) 

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Providing Pfizer vaccines
