Faculty and Staff
Screen, Test & Protect

All UF, University Athletic Association and extension staff and faculty, regardless of location, are required to be screened prior to coming back on campus, and testing is strongly recommended. Faculty and staff who work in health care or on campus and who have been working since the beginning of the state shelter-in-place orders are strongly encouraged to be tested but it will not impact your work schedule.

Additional details on the process are available on UF Human Resources’ Screening and Return to the Workplace page.

UF Faculty and Staff

Even if you have been working on campus as an essential employee the entire time, you will still be required to complete the online screening questionnaire. Testing is strongly recommended for all.

University Atheletic Association (UAA) and extension faculty and staff will also be screened in phases. Initially these efforts will be focused on the main UF campus, research enterprise and academic health center. We will provide more information about how testing will be conducted statewide in the future.

UF Research Faculty

UF Research is implementing a Research Resumption Plan with specific guidelines for resuming research in the field and in laboratories. Please review these guidelines for your research endeavors.
