Our Data Dashboard

Updates on the number of COVID-19 tests tallied and cases positive among faculty, staff, students and UF affiliates are posted daily as part of the university’s commitment to transparency. We track data from a variety of sources in an effort to be as comprehensive as possible.

How our initiative works

Trace

State of Florida Department of Health public health specialists trace, or locate, all people in contact with the individuals who tested positive, and provide guidance to them to be tested and/or to self-quarantine and monitor for symptoms.

Prevent

We prevent the spread of the disease by encouraging vaccination and continuing best practices such as vaccination, frequent handwashing, physical distancing when possible and wearing masks when unvaccinated.

What If I Have Symptoms?

If you are currently experiencing symptoms and are unvaccinated such as cough, runny nose, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, diarrhea or shortness of breath: Go or stay home, isolate yourself and call the appropriate office for guidance, which may include your primary care physician/provider, to be evaluated.
