Does the university offer preprinted, laminated signage for pickup?

The University of Florida is offering limited pre-printed assets for campus use. Please contact Ally Harris to see what is available as supplies are limited.

Which printing companies can I order my signage from?

Below is a list of local vendors you can contact to request printing quotes for the signage you need. Factors such as quantity, paper selection, mounting and sign size can affect the total cost. Please contact any vendor below to request a quote (Please be sure to follow UF quote procurement guidelines).

Can I add my department’s logo to the signs?

In an effort to be consistent across campus with all UF Health Screen, Test & Protect messaging and assets, and given the role of UF Health and UF in coordinating and executing the program, please do not remove, add or edit the logos on Screen, Test & Protect signage.

Can I change the signage to be orange and blue?

UF Health Screen, Test & Protect is branded with UF and UF Health brand colors. The primary palette used is blue and yellow (with orange as an accent) to ensure visibility on campus among other signage. Please do not change the color of signage, to ensure proper visibility and branding with other Screen, Test & Protect materials.

I’d like to use a different icon, can I make my own?

While we’ve made an effort to offer icon options for many uses, we understand you may have a need that is not currently included in our collection of options. If a custom icon or modified icon is needed, use the existing icons as a guide and be sure to submit your new icons to the UF Health Screen, Test & Protect review team prior to use, for approval. Review is quick and easy and can be initiated here:

Can my department make our own, specific signage, but use elements from the provided Screen, Test & Protect signs?

If your department’s needs are not satisfied by existing signage, custom signage may be created using the Screen, Test & Protect style and toolkit.
